Life on the team

Culture is what happens
on a normal week

Anyone can put the word culture on a careers page. Here is the week you would actually be joining.

What a week looks like

Training

Weekly, together

One session a week for the whole office. Real objections from real calls that week, not a course recorded in another market two years ago.

Call review

Live, in the room

Calls reviewed while everyone listens, which is uncomfortable for about ten minutes and then becomes the fastest coaching you have ever had.

Feedback

Graded, not guessed

Shilo scores your conversations, so improvement is a number you can watch move rather than somebody's impression of how you sounded.

[CONFIRM] The real weekly schedule, which day training runs, and in-office expectations by role.

How we work
with each other

Thirty agents in one office only works if people actually help each other, so we hire for that as hard as we hire for production.

Cover for each other's showings. Hand a lead to whoever is genuinely the better fit. Say the awkward thing early in a transaction instead of hoping it resolves itself. None of that is a policy. It is just what the good ones here already do, and it is why the second year is easier than the first.

The room, the people, the wins

Six photographs of the actual team. Events, the office, closings.

[CONFIRM] Six or more real photographs of the Hollywood Hills team. Stock and AI imagery are deliberately not used here, per the build spec: an authentic recruiting page cannot run on invented culture photos.

In their words

Agents on this team, on why they stayed.

Ready to rise

Come and see a training session before you decide anything. That is usually the whole pitch.
